The Doctors and Staff at Churchfields Surgery in Bromsgrove are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.
Our reputation as a friendly and accessible practice for patients both young and old has been earned over many years.
Within our partnership we have excellent general practitioners whom also have specialist interests including cardiology, diabetes, dermatology, ear, nose and throat medicine, minor surgery, occupational medicine, orthopaedics including injections, palliative care, respiratory problems and women’s health.
Due to Covid 19, Churchfields and local GP Practices have amended the way deliver their service:
To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19, and to keep the practice staff able to work, all appointments will be carried out by telephone, or as a video consultation or through Engage Consult unless you are told to come into the practice. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.
On the rare occasions that face-to-face contacts may be required you will be directed as to how this will happen. You will then need to have your own face covering for attending the practice.
Please aim to contact us via Engage Consult, or telephone before 11am each day for any new or ongoing health problems and we will aim to help that day.
Expect all health professionals to be wearing appropriate protective equipment and please bring your own face covering to wear. Please follow all instructions about attendance carefully. Expect to spend the minimum amount of time possible inside the practice building.
Please do not attend Churchfields Surgery Reception - most of the work can now be successfully done by telephone or online. All prescriptions are being sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy (or to Knight's Pharmacy Market Street, opposite our building, if we have been unable to establish your choice).
